"Meh Meh" Steamboat

ever spent an hour crackin ur head..all becos u jus wan to find a good place for dinner?? we were stuck at Balestier not knowin wher to go for dinner...started driving off when the idea of Bak Kut Teh popped into my head..so off we went to Beach Road...went in rounds looking for a carpark space...bumped into Derrick (my tattoo artist) along the way...come to think of it...my tattoo is still incomplete...better try get it done asap!!! ok...now wat...its obvious we cant get any carpark lot for at least the next 1/2 hour...tats if we get lucky...so heck!!! we decided to give it a miss...continue to drive heading towards Ang Mo Kio cos Kor suddenly suggested we should go for Dim Sum...went pass Balestier again?! thn we spotted IT....a shop selling mutton steamboat!!!! Woohoo!!!! right in the middle of Balestier...

looked at menu...standard sets for 2 / 4 / 6 / 8 persons...but there's only 3 of us...guess its most logical to go for the set dinner for 4 persons...and tats precisely wat we did!! soup base came shortly after we placed our order..

mutton soup with herbs (understand from the waitress tat this soup is boiled for 6 hours to absorb the essence of the mutton and herbs)...sounds super good but we wont know for sure until we tried it...

the rest of the dishes were served...mutton shabu shabu...mutton dumplings...mutton spare parts (liver/kidney/organs blah blah blah)...straw mushroom...tofu...vegetables....mutton ribs...

the dinner was really superb!!! soup base super POWER!!! peeps...if u r lookin for a great steamboat...u can definately try this one out!!! THUMBS UP!!!!
