FISH SPA

ever heard of fish spa? saw this for the first time at Singapore Flyer bout a mth back...was ther wif Kor to explore the place...haven tried it myself...today me and Princess was at Marina Square crossin over to Millenia Walk...came across Kenko Foot Reflexology and Massage...so they have fish spa too...read from the magazines couple of weeks back...Qian Hu oso has fish spa...so its a pretty IN thingy now peeps...but wad is fish spa? is it really tat good?

apparently...fish spa is all bout skin exfoliation..a key part of any skin beautifying treatment...feedback from many seem to suggest tat fish spa is so much more effective...forget salt scrubs, rubs and foot files. Why not try something far more efficient: the toothless mouths of hundreds of tiny, voraciously feeding fish?

"Doctor fish" - so named for their ability to produce healthy, glowing results from even the most crusty or diseased epidermis - are the key ingredient in a spa and skin treatment becoming increasingly popular across Japan, China, Turkey and Europe. The idea is that you immerse your feet, hands or, if you are brave enough, your entire body in a warm pool that swarms with hundreds of hungry minnow-sized feeders. The fish zoom in on your most crusty, flaky or scabby skin and chomp away at it to reveal the fresh layer beneath. You will emerge refreshed, healthy, buffed and glowing.

so peeps...how bout tryin it???
