Olympics Singapore ???

woke up at 8 plus today....after bout 4 hours of sleep...OMG!!! felt like a zombie...headed down to Sentosa to support Sam for his Beach Volleyball Competition...bo pian...brother playin must support...

Siloso Beach was packed...think they were havin some DHL Family Day...and of cos...Beach Volleyball Competition...heard from Sam there were 76 teams taking part...explains the amount of ppl...ppl from all walks of life...all shapes & sizes...wahaha!!! ever seen oversized gals in bikini...my advice...dun do tat before or after food...tokin bout food...woke up so early in the mornin...didnt have time to take my breakfast so Princess and I decided to have our breakfast at Delifrance...yummy!!

its a great day to be at the beach...except for the fact tat me and Princess cannot get ourselves tanned...cos our BIG DAY is jus 2 weeks away :(

Apparently...the competition is proudly sponsored by RipCurl...or so it seems...cos the contestants were given each a gift pack...RipCurl singlet / Mug / Sticker...

weather was really scorchin...top it all...Princess and myself weren't exactly here for the sun, sand nor the sea...besides it was oredi 2 plus...so we decided to call it another day at the beach...didn't hear from Sam but they had 2 more games...will check wif him the results tomolo...okee peeps...enuf of updates for now...need to go get some more rest...

Woohoo!!! finally have more time to update...hmmm...so much to write...shall start off wif yesterday (friday)...had dinner wif Kor at some Vietnamese Restaurant in Millenia Walk...wanted to go for Comex 2008 but Kor suggested to go to Harvey Norman instead since we were oredi there...besides dun think we will get in the crowd at Suntec...was thinking of getting a new laptop & printer for my new place...initial discussion wif Princess to put this idea on hold until after our wedding...but i couldn wait...so we were served by Andrew...HV's sales assistant...super nice guy...jus needed to give him my specs...and this is wat he got me...my new Compaq Presario CQ45-100

the night was still young (only 10 plus)...so we decided to go KTV...its been ages man....Kor and i spent the next 4 hours at KBox Hougang...ordered 3 jugs of beer...sang so hard i dun think i will recover from my cough anytime near...headed home bout 3 plus...went to bed bout 4am after my shower ZZZZzzzZZZzz...

dis has been a really busy month for me...though its the Hungry Ghost Festival month and i'm not suppose to be doin anything for my wedding preppy...but i m still so exhausted...Princess and i have been trying to tie up some loose ends for the wedding...meeting the Brothers & Sisters, moving our stuff to the new place & spent 2 days packing the whole house, getting my vest done (oh ya!!! forgot to collect it...damn!!), getting the wedding photos sorted for the videographer and hotel, went to IKEA twice to grab some essentials for our place, top up the drinks in the fridge for our BIG day...blah blah blah!!!

at work...have been super busy preparing for my annual staff training (presentation slides & all), once tat was done...was in another crazy period preparing for the auditors...they were here since last week, busy entertaining their questions and providing them with answers, or at least tryin very hard to find the answers they wanted...now tat they r gone...i m spending some time to go through their recommendations and expected to come up with solutions to resolve them...

one consolation from all these...i can to sleep really well...cos i was so damn tired...i had no energy to think of nonsence at night...kinda happy though...at least my dark eye rings improved...hahaha!!! well i guess, life is such...

now tat August is coming to an end...marks the beginning of my busy days for the wedding again!!! on the positive side of things...i jus have to endure for another 2 weeks!!! but dun b mistaken...its not like this wedding is living hell or something...jus tat there's so much of prep goin into this wedding admist my busy schedule at work...can hardly breathe...

oops...got to get back to workz again...update u peeps again...take carez!!!

Busy Week??

ya...i know...its been a whole freakin week since i blogged...but hey...cut some slack ok?? i was sick...have been coughin my guts out for the whole week...had fever on Mon...MC on Tue...and yup...still not recovered...

to add on to my agony...the internal auditors from Head Office are here for a week!! and trust me...they r no ordinary auditors u can "smoke" ur way thru...these 2 auditors stirred quite alot of stress and tension in the bank oredi...and its only their 3rd day!!! and they squeezed the livin hell outta us...they mean business!! things r certainly not lookin good for us...god bless us!!!

anywayz...glad they dun work over the weekends...i still have my last breathe now to give u peeps a little update on things...before i go catch some rest...

Fruitful Weekend

me and Tereave stayed up the whole freakin nite on Fri to finish the Korean drama series...Princess cannot tahan...went to bed 1st...woke up like a zombie on sat...rushed over to our new place...where we were suppose to meet our Brothers & Sisters for a gathering...

ordered 5 mcdonalds BIG BREAKFAST & 2 regular pizzas from PizzaHut...all thanx to Sam...the others ate...and he had to gobble down most of it...considerably good attendance i suppose...4 out of 6 for both Brothers & Sisters...introductions made...its really great tat they were able to mingle around...Danny boi was here after his midnight shift...ended at 7am and he made his way here...thnx bro!!! Michelle who was MIA for some time suddenly appeared...got a shock...but oso thnx girl for making it....baby keene was as usual runnin around the place...but luckily he had his gameboy wif him...kept him entertained a little...commenced our briefing for our BIG DAY an hour from the time we were suppose to meet...when more or less everyone was here...after all the discussion, objections, suggestions...we were finally done wif the briefing!! woohoo!!

had to clear up some mess b4 we left the house...dropped Princess & her sisters at Bedok to tailor some new workin shirts whilst me, Kor and Danny boi headed down to Tampines to tailor thir suits...thn proceed to Beach Rd to look for Princess brother's shoes...trust me...its really one heck of a search...wondering y?? cos we were looking for shoe size 14 !!!! combed the whole of Beach rd market and still couldn find...give up...headed to Chinatown next to look for scarf b4 meetin Nick for dinner at Funan...he was doin some event thingy for HP apparently...thnx for the dinner Bro...though it was rather rushing but it was good...Bro oso showed me his add-on to his existing tattoo...quite cool (nautical star wif some latin words)...felt really tired after the whole day of running...decided to head back home...

was suppose to rest after my shower...but hey..its only 9 plus...so me started packin my clothes out from the cupboard...save me some time later on when i move over to my new place...called Princess thereafter...guess wat?? her brother's feet is not tat big afterall...only slightly bigger thn mine...apparently wrong info ....had a pair of new shoe (abit big for me)...decided to bring it down for him to try...wa kaoz!!! cannot fit!!!! cos his feet were really broad!!! he needed BIG HEAD shoes...no choice...so me and Princess carried some stuff over to our new place...b4 sending her and myself home...12 plus...but Daddy, Mummy & Tereave still not home from the movies...cant wait up for them anymore...i m dead tired...ZZzzzZZZzzzZ

woke up at 3 plus in the afternoon...felt recharged...brought Daddy & Mummy to Vivo...went to Daiso...spent bout an hour there...walkin thru every shelf and item...bought myself a few things...Mummy bought some stuff too...thn we headed to Kim Gary Hong Kong Cafe for dinner...Daddy enjoyed his Pork Chop with Fried Mushroom Rice...Mummy and I shared Baked Mixed Grill Pineapple Curry with Cheese and Korean Spicy Shredded Pork Noodles...and we ordered a Mayo Fries to share...POWER dinner...now tat Daddy is full...we can continue wif our shopping...but we didnt get anything else...decided to head home...on our way out from the carpark...suddenly struck me tat we can get Tereave's sliver tie (to match his black & silver striped shirt for my BIG DAY) from Far East Plaza... so off we went to Far East...woohoo!!! we got Tereave's tie and to top it up....i manage to get something for the Sisters' corsages...involve a little DIY but its worth the effort!!! super happy...very fruitful weekend!!!

how bout u peeps? had a good weekend? now i m coughing like mad...think its the late nights & curry...think i better go catch some rest...nitez peeps!!!

haven been updatin bloggy for few days cos i was too tied up wif work & handlin irritating ppl in my office...was really busy preparin for my annual staff training...presentation slides, research and all...but its all over now...woohoo!!!! :)

so glad to receive positive feedback & compliments from boss & colleagues...at least my sleepless nites paid off...kinda expected a war to break out...started preparing my "ammo" since last week...but to my pleasant surprise...world peace...wad a relief xD

probably have more to update since the weekends r here again!!! meetin brothers & sisters up tomolo for pre-wedding briefing...and goin out for dinner wif Nick...sorry bro...forgot totally bout my appointment wif the gods today...need to rush home for prayers (7th month)...dun mean to "put aeroplane" for the 2nd time...i will definately have dinner wif u tomolo...promise :)

today is oso Chris's last day wif us...had a farewell celebration for him last evening at Orchard Hotel...the buffet spread damn good!!! now i have 2 skip a few more lunches jus to make up for the extra kg...Chris joined us as a temp...super nice chap...but try to act "innocent"....so i oso try to pollute him wif "dirty" education...hahaha!! he will headin back to school after this...hey Chris!! all the best man...really nice knowin u even if its only a short time...keep in touch (u have my contact...feel free to call me for futher pollution of the mind)...hope to see u back here after u complete ur studies...oh ya...and thanx for the 3 donuts...Oops!! did i say 3?!

haha!! only had few hours of sleep but feelin quite energetic...guess the sleepy spells will only kick in later..after lunch perhaps...hmmm...

recently...have been quite crazy bout jap stuff...actually all this while...on and off...some ppl ask me "u super love japanese stuff hor"..."u look japanese leh"...wa kaoz!!! me no anoneh...me 100% singaporean...but come to think of it...kinda puzzled y i m so into japanese culture ??? but i m pretty sure i do not have any japanese blood in me...haha!!

anyone of u ever wondered if u r really "made" in Spore?? i know i m not...i was "made" in Japan!!! Daddy and Mummy went for their honeymoon after the wedding...tats when i was "made" cos shortly after their return to Sing...Mummy was pregnant wif me :) but i have one question though...they were having their honeymoon in Japan & Taiwan & Hongkong...so where exactly was i "made" ??? well if u ask me...i rather be "made" in Japan of cos...come to think of it...it makes more sense...i mean i love to eat Japanese food...i love Japan's fashion forward...i love japanese music...i love japanese culture (i m jus as MCP...and have a very bad temper) hahaha...lame right? haha!!!!

last week i was at some Financial Crime seminar...durin one of the breaks...went walkin around in Raffles City shopping mall...browsin at some of the CDs in Sembawang Music Store...when i spotted...my V6 Concert DVD...OMG!!! its been years tat i haven seen their DVDs out in the stores...very excited...i asked the shop assistant 2 get me all the DVDs of V6 they had in their store..."this is the only one we have sir"...and best part...its a damaged piece...so i had to get them to try the other stores...but to no avail...

few days back...i manage to get hold of the DVD...not only one but two DVD concert...woohoo!!! so excited i was watchin them the very same night i bought them...and i watched it again the following night...and the following night...man!!! u think i m crazy...well tats becos V6 have been my idols since poly days...

they r Japan's hottest boy group (back then and now)...made up of 6 individuals...each wif their own unique character and style...so here they are...i jus love their music...their style...

These boyz are super awesome wif their singing...acrobatic dance moves...cool outfits...tat explains y they are so hot!!! but they only hold their concerts in Japan :( so sad...dun think i will ever get to see my idols perform LIVE...the only way...buy their DVDs...i basically bought almost every single, album, concert VCD/DVD of theirs....since they started out like 12 years back..WOW!!!! loyal fan right *puke*...hahaha!!

the thing i admire bout these boys...they started as strangers...got together as a boy group by chance...stuck wif each other thru thick & thin...seeing each other every now and then...despite all their individual busy schedule...for a TOTAL of 12 years...super impressive!!! i dun even recall havin tat many frens who were wif me for more thn 12 years *sob*

so anywayz...the one i admire most becos of his constant change in image...Ken Miyake!!! man...this guy is totally cool!!! good looks and i must say...super daring to try lots of hairstyles...and still look very good!!! dun believe...see for urself...

hows ur weekends so far...has been really good for me...was workin till the mornin bout 4plus since last night...from home of cos...doin up my presentation slides...finally completed 90% of it...woke up this afternoon bout 4 plus wif a super bad headache...had my coffee...took my shower and off we went...

went to Far East Plaza wif Princess & Daddy to get myself some new earrings...thn headed to Tangs to meet Mummy, Jaina & Des...spent the next few hours searchin for Jaina's evenin gown...went from Tangs to Paragon thn Taka...still couldn find the right one...to compensate the long search...we decided to treat ourselves to a good dinner...Crystal Jade Korean Ginseng Chicken & BBQ 翡翠蔘雞湯燒烤
