Lotsa Updates

Hurray....mummy finally in a much better mood...ignored everyone in the house for 5 solid days...none of us knew wad happended...who pissed her off...our speculation...DADDY...well at least on Saturday...princess & me brought them to Chinatown to do their new year shopping..yup it worked...mummy was laughing away...back to normal now...phew!!!! princess & me oso decide 2 do some new year shopping...OMG..bought S$47 worth of "taiwan guo dong" can...decided to spend some time at home over the weekends to tidy up the house for new year...think tat pleased her even more...managed to clear most of my stuff to my new place...now tat mummy has more storage space...her smile is more evident...

princess & me really tired ourselves on thurs nite...runnin around like mad to do some last min shopping...to grab groceries for our house-warming party!!! went back to our new place...tidied up the place...and started preparing the ingredients for our big cooking the next day...as usual...clumpsy me...cut my finger while chopping onions...bled so much tat princess was shivering while handing me the plaster..tot gals should b quite used to bleeding...hahaha!!!! anyway, by the time we are done...it was 2 plus in the mornin...so we headed back to my home and ZZzzzz...next day was a mad rush for us AGAIN :p went around looking for the ingredients we couldn't find...reached home at 4pm...started cooking...Sam came around 4 plus...so bored wif his new toy "PSP"...he decided 2 help us 2 cook...made a mess in the kitchen but he was certainly great help...rest of the guests arrived bout 7 plus...showed them round my place...next thing we knew OMG!!!! 9pm and we r still cooking!!!! luckily for us...guests didn't complain much bout their hunger...but many comments tat my food was too salty!!!! Sorry guys...forgot 2 control the salt level...nevertheless...think they had a great time...takin pics, smokin cigars, red wine & "stealing" ideas & all...hahaha. waitin for Bengz 2 post some nice pics...everyone left bout 11ish...princess & me spent another few hours washin all the dishes & moppin the floor...SUPER SUPER TIRED by the time we r done...haven done tat much of household chores for a very very long time....wad a nightmare :s

woke up the followin morning (or was it 2pm??)...anyway...playing wif my new hp...woohoo!!! Nokia 6500C...super sleak..black...great functions...most importantly...replaced the stupid hp i had previously...Nokia 6230....ok ok...yes...it did serve me very well for these past 3 years...but wad the hack...it got tired on me...decided to break down!!! so me got myself a new hp xD....speakin bout changin hp...mummy saw my new mobile...decided she want 2 change one 2...but wanted 2 pay S$0 for it...urgh!! hellooo!!! wake up pls...so in the end...mummy decided 2 forgo the new hp thought...guess wat??? her hp no. bloody opened lor....4D results for sun...1st prize...1754 ...daddy curse like anything man...so funny!!!

hmmm...did i leave out anything?? dun think so...if i really did...must have been insignificant...

Our Jakarta Trip..in December ???

OMG..super tired man...me and princess spent last nite thinkin of wad 2 cook for our guests...ingredients 2 buy etc etc etc...so all my honoured guests...must appreciate huh :p woohoo!!! tomolo on leave!! goin for my hair cut finally...thn shop for groceries before headin home to prepare for house warmin party!!!

jus saw some pics princess uploaded to Facebook...from our Jakarta Trip in December 2007...cos we r both so busy...only have time now 2 upload the pics...basically, we were impressed by some photo shoot in some High Fashion magazines...taken in Taman Safari Indonesia...models were posing wif animals in the wild..damn Safari sia...so we had inspiration to do our weddin shoot ther...tried to liaise wif Taman Safari..but the ppl ther can't speak proper english for nuts...had 2 rely on bro marvin 2 do the coordination bit...tats when we decided 2 fly over to Jakarta to take a look...

set out early in the mornin...marvin boy's chauffeured us ther...few hours drive from Jakarta to Taman Safari...but becos princess and myself were so excited...the long journey didn't bother us at all...reached the entrance of Taman when it started raining...super heavily can !!! we were comfortably sitted in the car...so who cares...as we adventured thru the Safari...there were signs everywhere tat we were not allowed to get off the car...bad thoughts started runnin thru my head..."how 2 take my weddin shots without gettin off the car" ...didn't want to spoil our moods...we continued our journey thru the Safari wif a positive mind...finally completed the tour...wanted to speak to the Taman Safari office for arrangements...was told tat the management office was in the Mini Safari...so off we went...oh ya!! not forgetting tat we bought Safari umbrellas...had 2 walk in the rain...stumbled upon dis place within the Mini Safari where we had many nice pics taken...wif animals of cos...not free ok...must pay $$$$...it was oso at this moment tat princess and me agreed tat maybe its not such a good idea for our weddin shot to be taken here...after spendin another few hours (stuck in the jam) getting back to Jakarta...we confirmed tat we will jus do our shoot in Singapore Zoo perhaps?! hahaha

so anyway, since we were in Jakarta...didn't waste our time...marvin boy brought us 2 many places...ate lots and lots of food can...princess and me went crazy shopping...until we had 2 get another LARGE luggage jus to bring all the stuff back!!! plus we went to CLUB 21 Building...had a wonderful romantic dinner at some French Restaurant...u know...xpensive wif super small portions kind...but the food was good...after which we took some pics..

back 2 the apartment we were putting up...marvin boy's house...above a shopping mall...on the 46th floor...POWER view...dun believe...see for urself...

thn obviously...princess and me got nothin better 2 do...started takin our own silly shots...hahaha

Long Story...

dis blog will b broken up into a few parts........

PART I
daddy is not feelin well...havin bad cough and headache...must have been too exhausted over my house renovations (which lasted for more thn 8 mths)...due 2 work constraints...daddy had to oversee most of my house renovations...ensurin tat the contractors did their job properly...knowin his precious son's temper when things r not the way he wants...daddy had additional stress & pressure!!! alot of my house reno involves DIY efforts from my daddy & me...cos some contractors really FUCK for life!! in order to get wat we wanted...had to do it ourselves..imagine...pay $$ still must work so hard...

if not for daddy....i wouldnt have my beautiful "palace" today...thanx daddy...love u lots!!!! pls take enuf rest...hope u can recover quickly...

so peeps...if u do get a chance to visit my new place...everythin u see in my place...its all my daddy's sweat & blood...must sing him praises ok :p

PART II
marvin boy flew back fm US...met up wif him last nite...had dinner at Crystal Jade Xiao Long Bao...hmmm....food still taste as good!! yum yum!!!! headed back 2 my new place cos boy wanted 2 see..."POWER SIA" were the words tat came out from his mouth when he stepped into my house...so happy to hear compliments from frens...not tat i m proud of myself...but becos i truly appreciate my daddy's efforts...his sweat & blood all worth it....

anyway boy...if u r intendin to reno ur condo...do get urself an Interior Designer...at least u have some designs from them to kick off ur creative juices for ur reno...and remember...its not bout gettin designs from magazines tat will make ur house look good....its the incorporation of ur personality, character, likes/dislikes in ur home tat makes it stand out from the rest...cos its ur home!!!

jie...dun bother bout wat ppl say in ur blog...gettin emo over these ppl not worth it at all...jus b urself...as long as u r happy...dun give a damn 2 those silly comments...i m beri sure there r true fans of urs out ther who truly support u no matter wat u do or who u r...

Jay's CONCERT 2008

can't believe i m back 2 office again...still recoverin fm a bad throat after all the screamin and shoutin...after 3 yrs of wait...finally i was at Jay's Concert on sat...Damn SUPER POWER concert lor...was ther at 5.30pm to see if i can get any souveniers...OMG!!! queue super long man...all waitin 2 buy jay's souveneirs...so i decided 2 go for dinner first thn come back...but the queue was jus as long...bo pian...queue up lor...lucky princess fren right in front of the queue saw us...she volunteer help us buy...heng ah!!! so we managed 2 get our caps and handphone straps...woohoo!!!...before gettin into the stadium...we bought some flashin light sticks from some auntie...kana bluff...our light sticks got confiscated cos the bouncers claimed tat its more thn one arms length...but can't b..we bought it from the auntie jus outside the stadium..."illegal hawker" came our reply...wad the F@#K!!!! but tat didnt spoil our HIGH spirits for the concert...

concert started at 8.45pm...high from start till end...Jay was great...could tell he wasnt feelin well...voice was husky when he spoke...missed a few notes when he sang...and he was coughin...did u peeps notice? mayb only an ardent fan like me will take note of such details..hahahaha...but no worries Jay...u did extremely well!!! ur concert rox!!! even my parents felt so...oh ya...i went to the concert wif my whole family & 2 xiao ja bo (BIG fans of Jay jus like me)...jus wanted my dad 2 experience wats like attending SUPER HIGH concerts...he enjoyed himself...although not crazy like us due 2 age...but he loved the concert..

good mix of songs from all his 3 albums (accumulated from past 3 years) and some oldies...even did a remix version of "shuang jie kun" can! Jay matured alot these past few years...i mean comparin this concert to his previous one held 3 years ago...his vocals are clearly heard (still abit of mumuring but hey...its jay u know)...more involvement wif fans (i mean...he freakin threw a "chrome" walking stick, a set of nachas and pair of picks that he used to play the "gu zen" to the audience....envy sia!!!! i oso wan :( he actually went down and shake hands wif the fans OMG!!! damn lucky for those sitting in front...and Jay was so much more conversational wif the audience...very rare scene...but i noticed his "not so dao" attitude ever since his self-directed movie debut 不能说的秘密)

the whole concert was a blast!!!! anyone of u who missed his concert (for watever reasons)...b sure 2 catch his next concert...hopefully next yr...mentioned by Jay...here's wishin Jay a speedy recovery for his next stop (malaysia) in Feb...Kambatek!!!!!

another surprise came to me at Jay's concert...i saw someone...someone whom i wan / whom i dun wan to meet...u know who u r....i was smoking wif my dad, des & tereave...dun know y i suddenly turned to tat direction and saw him...wearin a black polo T & jeans...not sure if he saw me (quite sure he did)...but he was oredi headin into the concert hall...FATED again!!!!! i kept askin myself...y must GOD play such tricks on me...if u wanted us to be apart...y bother to let us meet??? i mean...the freaky stadium was so big...hundreds & thousands of fans attended the concert...4 diff entrances...but of all thing...EAST entrance and best...at tat moment!!! same thing happened bout 2 months back...when i saw him at Marina Mandarin...my bro-in-law was busy so i had 2 accompany my sis to MM (her wedding venue)...tats when i saw him...WHY? WHY? WHY? Why play such tricks on me?? i had a really tough time tryin to forget this person...y always remind me of the BAD PAST??? GOD..if u really wanted for us to part...i m prayin 2 u...dun ever ever let us meet up again...its really painful!!!

JC, Poly or ITE...??

most guys would agree wif me tat korean dramas super boring...damn draggy wif all the crying scenes and silly "love web" stories...sometimes i feel bollywood movies better...BUT i was watchin dis korean drama for a few days now..super nice can...super super funny lor..2 thumbs up for "COFFEE PRINCE" !!! anyone out ther agree wif me??

dis mornin on Class 95.0 fm...there was dis debate on ppl havin wrong perceptions bout ITE...for years many ppl have dis sterotype thinkin tat only the lousy "cannot-make-it" students will go to ITE becos they were simply not good enuf for JC or Poly...kinda agree & disagree...

AGREE : the education system is designed as such...tat only good enuf grades will get u into JC or Poly...leavin behind those who have no other choice but ITE...but these days its not easy 2 get into ITE as well...especially to the more popular courses...

DISAGREE : i mean u take a walk in the poly these days...u get 2 see multi-coloured hair monsters wif the weirdest taste of fashion in school...and u oso see JC students in Orchard smokin away...in their uniforms can....are these our "cream of the crop"??? on the other hand, there r oso as many success stories of ITE students who can make it...like the tow kay of QianHu..respect sia!!

my personal advice to all students...whether its JC, Poly or ITE u wan to go to...jus have to study hard...dun give excuses tat u r not "study calibre" cos nobody is...i mean who the hell likes studying?? to me...the only thing tat will differentiate u from the rest is whether u r hardworkin or lazy...

2 days to Jay's Concert....

Beware of Virus!

hi...i m back wif a much better mood..can blog again..pai say...yest me super emo..

dis morning i received an email from my boss pertaining to some complaint. he dare not open the file afraid it contained some virus...so ask me 2 open..win liao lor!!! i oso not stupid...got IT dept to assist me...from the contents of the email...it seemed to be some complaint on our banks products/services...and it came from the US Department of Justice with case no. and all....so we went into the website to check its existence...OMG...there's really such a website BUT...its bout terrorism activites / sex scandals / all other related rubbish but not banking !!! so we tried openin the file but it has already been removed by our IT Dept in Head Office. Talk bout great firewalls...great job guys!!!

wad a relief!!! so now i can simply jus print out the email and put a filenote on it. CASE CLOSED..so peeps...careful when u do receive such emails...its prob a hoax!!

okeez..enuf of serious talk...my dad is so super funny...my mum was complaining bout the toilet bowl seat cover which was obviously damaged (due to excessive use)...so after many naggings...my dad decided to go get a new toilet bowl seat cover...came back happily wif an ivory-coloured one to match wif the cream coloured toilet bowl...smart rite??? as expected...kana nag from my mum..."y u get dis colour? how to match?"...so he went back to the shop to exchange...OMG..he got a white one instead!! true enuf...he got one hell of a naggin from my mum dis morning...think my dad has serious "colour coordination" problem...best part...he tells my mum...dis white cover is much more xpensive compared to the ivory one u know...hahaha...my mum FENG diao !!!!

hey hey..me added new features 2 my blog..damn interestin sia...me explorin all possible features 2 beautify my space...but dun think i neber work hor...me only do dis when i m free ok..so anyway...me added dis slideshow displayin photos of my princess, family & frens..super cool feature man...

OMG...jus 4 more days & get 2 see my idol after 3 years wait...super excited lor...

jus a little update from office...me chairman of Recreation Club 2008 for my bank...kana sabo one...cos i'm the only guy..kns!!!! but good oso lah..cos get 2 plan for the activites dis year...maybe can fish, fish and fish...hahaha :p will b plannin staff trip as well...but dun knoe wher 2 go wif such tight budget ??? tryin 2 see if we can go 2 macau..any sugg??

life for me now quite standard lah...after work and weekends, head to new place to clean up or shop around for house stuff...hardly even have enuf time 2 sleep...super tiring man...but worth it lah..cos my house now look like "palace"...hehehe (jus kidding) u guys can judge for urselves when u come over for house warming ya...dates not confirmed yet...still workin out my list...keep u all posted.

for those comin 2 my house warming...my wishlist is on dis blog page...do check wif me on the brand & model b4 buyin k....me very particular one (must match house concept mah)...hahaha but me not so bad lah...of cos if items beri xpensive...can share lah...dun wan u all 2 eat bread everday jus 2 attend my house warmin...if really cant get anything...RED PACKETS r oso welcomed!!!

4 days to Jay's Concert....

Arty Farty

so i was over at Bengz house yesterday..power lah..seen video pics of his new place b4 but nothing beats bein physically there...was actually ther 2 DIY some display box we got from Art Friends...its those hollow squares (diff sizes) u place on the floor and u can display all kinds of shit on them..selling at bout S$400 per set of three outside...CRAZY!!! we got 'em for only S$100 for set of four...only diff is we have spray paint ourselves...

so we were at Bengz void deck...started sanding the boxes..pretty easy job took less than 15 mins...for one that is...and we started off with the smallest one...testin mah..hehe. tested the spray paint Bengz got..think its was pearl white quick dry lacquer paint...kept shakin the damn can but dun seem 2 see the white..Hack!! we just try it on the box directly...OMG!!!! the effect SUPER NICE... exactly like the glossy ones u see in the furniture stores (branded ones pls...not those in neigbourhoods)...took us the whole can of paint jus to finish off one side of the box...and its still not white!! can u imagine how many more cans of paint we need to finish the 4 boxes??? man...try workin out the costs...so we actually came up wif an idea 2 spray paint the boxes white 1st b4 using the pearl white lacquer paint..more cost effective!!! Bengz will continue wif the rest..so good luck pal! gimme a call if u need help..

so anyway, Bengz came over to our new place...1st guest!!! :p

Virgin Blog..Yippie !!!

Woohoo!!! got my own blog site...so excited cos now i can blog as many shit as i wan :p previously in friendster was only limited to 10 blogs...sianz cos all my exciting stories get deleted automatically..which is y i stopped bloggin for some time..now i m back...

damn excited man xD so peeps..do find some time 2 read my blog ya..
since dis is my virgin blog...let me share bout wat i have been doin past few weeks...

still busy wif my house renovations of cos..but finally...after one year...its ready now...jus addin some final touches here and there...princess and i had been really busy..crackin our brains 2 rush thru the reno so tat we can invite u peeps over 2 our "love nest"...
hmmm...was wonderin whether 2 post some pics of our new place but thn again dun wan to kill the surprise element...keep u peeps in suspense a little longer...probably do the pics after the house warmin party (probably during chinese new year)..for frens who cant see our place physically..no worries...i guarantee the pics r as good as u being physically there!!! hahahaha

will b movin in to our new place on 19 jan 2008...familiar??? yup yup...its jay's concert in s'pore!!! double happiness !!! hehe.. anyone of u peeps joinin us for his concert? i m all geared up wif my light sticks, whistle & binoculous...how bout u?? really looking forward 2 dis day...

dis year will b super busy for us...cos its our WEDDING!!! guess we will b really tired by the end of the year..but trust me..its all worth it!! ok...enuf of updates 4 now...till my next blog...take carez. god bless.
